《持独角兽的年轻女子肖像》是拉斐尔约1505-1506年间创作的油画作品，现藏于罗马博尔盖塞美术馆。

该画原为木板油画，在1934年的修复工作中被转移至画布。正是在这次修复过程中，清除了17世纪中叶某位不知名画家添加的覆盖层，露出了原始的独角兽形象，同时去除了后来添加的轮盘、斗篷和棕榈叶等元素。

画面构图——将人物置于可眺望风景的凉廊中，采用四分之三侧面半身像形式——显然受到了达芬奇1503至1506年间创作的《蒙娜丽莎》的启发。克里斯托夫·托尼斯指出："尽管拉斐尔毫不掩饰地借鉴了达芬奇肖像的姿态、构图框架和空间组织...但这位年轻女子目光中冷静的警觉性"，与《蒙娜丽莎》"神秘的暧昧感"形成了鲜明对比。

Portrait of Young Woman with Unicorn is a painting by Raphael, which art historians date c. 1505-1506. It is in the Galleria Borghese in Rome.

The painting was originally oil on panel, and was transferred to canvas during conservation work in 1934. It was in the course of this work that overpainting was removed, revealing the unicorn, and removing the wheel, cloak, and palm frond that had been added by an unknown painter during the mid-17th century.

The composition of the picture—placing the figure in a loggia opening out onto a landscape, the three-quarter length format—was apparently inspired by the Mona Lisa, painted by Leonardo between 1503 and 1506. Christof Thoenes observes: "However unabashedly Raphael adopts the pose, compositional framework and spatial organization of the Leonardo portrait...the cool watchfulness in the young woman's gaze is very different" from the "enigmatic ambiguity" of Mona Lisa.
